Right? I found this out yesterday and almost had a panic attack how excited I was.

And I'm almost positive I found it on Tumblr or Another Forum. From what I know it's suppose to be art for the Manga where Satoshi wakes up and freaks out.

That's Yoigoshi-hen, the new one includes with Pachinko (release on August).
I think it's not fully animated, but some shots.

Wouldn't it be fully animated already but they just need to get the voice acting done? I mean if it's going to be released in August and everything, I feel like the only thing missing would be the voice acting.

The one released in August is the Pachinko.
The P-OVA Higurashi Outbreak will out in July.
