Thumbs up

Nice art and cool action scenes - I wish *this* guy had done the Tsukihime manga. Plus more humor than either Tsukihime or Fate/Stay Night
(my favorite parts: Shiki getting lectured by Ciel, and Shiki imagining Arc playing pinpon dash [ringing someone's doorbell then running away] in ch 3.)

Don't know much about the games, but Sion's origin seems like a cross between Shiki's and Ciel's

i believe the games say sion is an alchemist related to Aoko's blood line or something. remember that Aoko stole the glasses from her sister and gave them to shiki? they are like part of the six or so mystical mages or something. Sion is the alchemist. i forgot why she became a hunter though.

Me too. I also hope the translation group doesn't stop halfway through.

How long was the Tsukihime manga anyways?

Wow, a series and its sequel simultaneously serialized. So is it safe to assume what ending the Tsukihime manga would go for?

BTW, chapter 6 rocks! Reversed Akiha is <3 <3 <3...

The Tsukihime manga should be around 07 volumes i say, what with where they're upto in the story, and the fact that its only on volume 03.

I swear... Shiki has the largest harem in the history of harems. I was already impressed by the shear quantity from Tsukihime, but now it is even greater.

Talking what a coincidence

I just bought the first 2 books. I'll tell you more once I've read them. What got me into buying those was the art, and the covers' colors, classy. Then, I kind of like vampire stories.

Hope I won't be disappointed.

Okay now ive read the first 2 volumes i have to say this :

You need to read this now..

The art is REALLY good. its an interesting style yet it makes lal the characters look perfect somehow. Also the flow of the manga is perfect, from section to section.

Also 2 things :

MOE loli vampire and GAR male lead.

Plot and setting are extremely interesting. Its a shame the volumes are being released so slowly.

I cant wait for the inevitable anime of this either.

You're not the only one. ^_^;;

I picked up the first volume last year on a whim, and I'm really glad I did.

Now I'm counting the days until volume 3 is in stores...
