Nooooo, yet again the stupid "let's abolish monarchy" theme. Because, you know, the "very intellectual" 99% of population that knows only farming and not only doesn't know how to read, but are considered smart if they can count how much money they have is gonna be just excellent in doing foreign politics and such things, considering they likely don't even know the name of the closest city not even speaking about other countries.

So I guess the solution to this will be forcing them to study (which they have no motivation to do and seriously no use for, as there is no compelx machinery and such things) followed by bettering health care to increase average age, to mitigate the effects of them wasting valuable workable years in schools, followed by agricultural revolution to feed all the people with less people farming...
Just doing everything in reverse order to the most natural one. because we want to start with the one thing that is seriously the most unimportant.

Then again, what else is this forced monarchy abolition than moving all of the power from "nobles" to "wealthy merchants", as they were the close number 2, but with nobles losing all power just take a supreme lead? I would also like to point out how Russia fared just after such forced abolishion of monarchy, or how Zimbabwe fared when they chased out the ones who knew how to give orders.

This suddenly rises so much in quality
The characters became much more alive
Some allies joined MC but they have their own sinister agenda, but still in the category of "good guys"
MC's mental growth is also amazing
And the hinting of new force from new continent. I always wondered why their continent is called Frog Garden, with the mention of Wonder Garden, it might be what I'm thinking.

Yep, a rare novel that gets better with time. Most WNs lose steam after going through the few arks the author had thoroughly prepared.

Still has some rough edges, but the world seems to be getting more and more colorful.
