A certain summer day, as the cicadas sing loudly. A man with no money and no place to belong tries to end his life, however is unable to take the last step. While wavering between life and death, he sees a gourmet food program on television, and realising he's never once eaten crab in his life decides that "For my last day on this Earth, I'll eat crab". Settings his sights on the wife who lives in a high-class neighbourhood that he happened across in a library, he forces his way into her home. And thus, he demands money from her, however... things go in an unexpected direction.

Yes and yes, but if it's any consolation, her husband hasn't been seen or named yet in this manga. So, it's not NTR if the dude's role (limited to only a few phone calls at present) in the story is practically nonexistent. He's a pretty shitty husband to boot. I don't support adultery, but in this specific scenario, it's understandable why she's cheating on him. Most would if they were in a similar situation.

Also, the MC is a scumbag, but he isn't inherently scum. He's only a scumbag due to circumstance. He's had it pretty rough too. Some of his actions early on and thoughts throughout the manga are indeed scummy, but he's quite the sympathetic character that's just down on his luck and feels like the world is against him. His reasons for feeling that way are believable for the most part, but not quite justified.

Don't just take my word for it. I recommend you at least check out a few chapters before ultimately deciding to drop it or not.

The main character is just on an innocent adventure with someone's waifu to eat crabs. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that.
