Seriously if I had to taste it rule number 1 would be that everyone putting in any metals is disaqualified before even serving.
Oh and the special hiei rule: 'Any potentially poisenous ingredient, or poisenous mixture of non poisenous ingredients leads to immediate disqualification'

So yeha the Admiral basically had a sense of self preservation. Or Nagato had a sense of protection.
They even called her 'Protector of the Navel district'

What a delightfully funny episode, the over the top hamminess of the Curry Battle was a treat to watch.

Good break episode. It was cute all around even up to Nagato. 6th Div success! \o/ Their adventure was adorable and had to remind myself this is a curry battle near the end.

I was not let down with an extra % of Akagi eating & Fubuki gushing either. Is there no love for Ashigara!?

Sixth Destroyer is shown off well with their personalities while also showing some of the random traits for the other compeditors.

Fubuki's core group is barely in this one. So a MC-light episode? Perhaps to give them more time for dailoge heavy stuff down the road, yet the main secondary characters are still the same or the voice actresses involved is still the same. The break is only for the voices of Fubuki, Yuudachi, and Mutsuki.

I'd forgotten Hocchan was in this as Mamiya isn't voice often in the episodes.

This episodes contains a number of little nuggets for gamers. Like the expedition thing with the failure. Or Akagi excited at an expedition bringing back bauxite. Or the Akatsukis scared at the hammering sound.

This episode! I love it! <3

Even for somebody who doesn't play JKancolle, you could totally see why those 4 lolis are most likely the most favorite destroyer divof Kancolle! They were just so lovely and adorable and all kinds of HNG! <3 <3 <3

Though I worry they did only this episode with full focus on them and not our MC Fubuki, so that when some of them Akatsukis die/sink later on, we will be more heartbroken, remembering the fun times of the silly and entertaining curry cooking while we watch the girls sink one by one, drifting down into a black slumber they will never wake up from again~

Nah, won't happen! I don't think I could take it to see any of those 4 getting sunk! >.<

Lolz how Naka-chan dissed the "hungry wolf". And Akagisan'S "I am here to eat" which was what she did and Fubuki being all "I wanna feed her", all the lolz. XDDD

I first expected some serious episode with the whole sacrifice and tears talk and see the little girls die in some hardcore battle, but this curry battle was a thousand times more enjoyable, lovable and all kinds of awesome!

10/10 - would watch again, am totally a 6th Destroyr Div. fan now. <3
