As in, real images photoshopped to have "anime style" traits, like huge eyes and whatnot.

I know that it'll be scary, but I'm curious as to how it would look.

Ah, I thought the question was about having yourself drawn "anime style" in a caricature.

Photoshopping real images would just lead to pictures like those god-awful dog and kitty post cards of eyeball morphed monsters.

What I'd really like to see is images where they try to make it look good, and have the differences largely be in uncanny valley territory.
