I also worry about Sasha, Mikasa, and Christa too as the cute ones are always the first to go...

That's Araki for you, with him the mundane becomes over the top and dramatic. This episode definitively had a Death Note feel in it.

Ah, so Pixis really did show up to save the day. I knew that they had to show him a few episodes back for a reason, although I'm surprise that Levi and company did not show up this episode. I'm wondering if Levi and company will come back in the middle of the upcoming battle? Will they try to attack Titan Eren or help when they do?

Btw, I'm really glad that they are able to keep Eren in the army. I was not looking forward to the adventures of the 3 amigos as they try to find the basement in titan territory by themselves. At least this way, the cast will remain larger.

With Armin's plans, Titan Eren will need to be protected while he carries the boulder to the opening of the wall. Wait, if Eren can carry that boulder, why couldn't the other titans push that boulder when it blocks the hole? They should be equal strength, especially in numbers. Unless Eren is a super titan with far superior strength than the others.

As someone who read the manga, I gotta admit, this episode was a little dull. But I don't think it was bad, just toned down from the non stop suspense in the last 4-5 episodes.

many people find that the pace of this episode is rather slow, but the animation is actually following the manga plot faithfully. if you undertand japanese, you will know that the title of animation match title of each manga episode respectively. thus, by reading manga, the next episode '偶像' will be focused on pixis, and the eren turn giant again in the episode after that..

I had no idea that the episode was about to end since it had be pulled in so well. Props to Armin, this was his chance to shine and he did it well. While Eren and Mikasa were continuing their endless argument, at least Eren was sharp enough to actually give Armin a chance to resolve this. Unfortunately he was dealing with an unbelievable idiot and coward. There was literally nothing that could be done to stop that guy from ruining their only hope. Definitely is a problem when people are ready to stop thinking. __________________ Anime-Evo

Spoiler for Slightly Manga Spoiler: I think they should have ended it after Pixis' speech, more of a determination feeling for everyone rather than just Eren
