If I can remember more, then I wouldn't post it here. Anyway, one of them (a boy) suddenly dead in front of others and no wounds spotted.

It *could* be Bokurano? They don't have an opportunity to investigate the corpse, so they don't know there's no wounds per se, but he suddenly drops dead with no obvious cause.

Sadly I don't know this anime... all I can reccomend is Kanon 2006 where main character also had forgotten the girls from his childhood. But that's different show.

It sounds like it could be Mayo Neko overrun! maybe?, Though he only knew one of the girls from the orphanage, so maybe not
