I noticed in the very last panel that Diana is sans-halo.

Did she pull an insta-switch? Maybe so, as Keima needs not to directly kiss a goddess (and hasn't as of yet) for a power boost. Perhaps to 'help out' Tenri as a bonus and/or being too shy to receive a kiss herself.

(or maybe Wakaki forgot to draw it in)

I bet mah cookie jar that Yui's got one in him her. Never expected them to become so many though, but it puts a bit more to talk about in the manga, so it's all good. Was also waiting for Apollo to kiss Keima, wake up, and then start fighting with her sisters about him, shame it didn't happen

On the more serious side though, Keima's involvement to the ladies' lives is getting deeper by the chapter, it really intrigues me as to how this could possibly see a closure.

I think he will need more than that. He has got not one, but TWO tsunderes vying for his crescent and dual soba bread!

Possibly, but remember that Minerva wasn't just the goddess of wisdom; she had a huge number of domains, including music, which would fit in with Chihiro's wide variety of interests.
