As for a NEET analysis... IMO double NEET will not work for high difficulty content. You will probably need to pair her with Waver or Merlin to solve defense/sustain issues because her 1k heal isn't going to cut it for anything hard. You will probably need prisma cosmos on her if you want to use her NP more often without focusing on using too much of her cards. Well I don't actually have her so this might be wrong but I just don't feel that her 3 turns duration NP gives you that much leeway if you want to stack it for more def so don't rely on being able to stack def with her to tank NPs head on.

Not using Carmila much because i don't like her sprite in old day but now it's a different story though mostly because i have Shiki

More importanatly, have you used her Q buff? Can it at least match Tama's A buff for its respective color?

Q buff is 30% at 100%, 50% at 500% I think. being at NP give a chance to stack it unlike Tama's A buff and Merlin's B buff, depending on how good her NP gen is. her skill is kinda lacking though

Her Q buff is only 30% because it's a party buff. While you can OC to get higher... it's definitely not recommended so yeah it's pretty much just 30% outside unusual circumstances when you can OC.

It is a better idea to mix def-buffer or tank with them.

Also, who else has a horrible feeling that there's only enough to max ascend/NP one of the Elizabeths?

I was REALLY upset about this, until I thought that this would make rerunning the event next year more worthwhile. But I hope they don't make a practice of this.
