My sister told me that anime watchers are weirdos, probably because of the anime/manga club at her school is full of eccentrics. I simply asked if she learned anything useful in polytechnic other than randomly judging people for their hobbies.

Artists, not animators. Either way, it is cheaper than hiring from Japan.
