Gintoki is the lead character from Gintama, another JUMP weekly title.

I hope it's better than the first series. I dropped it at like episode 12 or so...it was putting me to sleep.

Hopefully Motto will follow the manga a lot closer then the first series, so you should be interested this time around. Also, you could always check out the six episode OVA's which are adapted from the manga.

Lets hope for some better sharper animation if you know what i mean.

The animation in both the Ova`s and TV series were really rounded if you know what i mean. Reminded me of Kanokon (i think i spelled it wrong)

I was shocked that the new series is entitled "Motto To Love-Ru". It was this close to being the same title as the fanfiction I had in mind back then (although I haven't able to start it yet). Mine's Motto Love-Ru, by the way.

Back to topic, the char designs are definitely closer to the original and I hope that the story is as loyal to the original as well. I'm prepared for fanservice of Kiss x Sis levels here.

I really wonder why did to-love-ru manga had to ended. Even though it keeps getting ova's and here another ova/series plus their other products are well loved by people....

Is the rating for the last few chapters of the manga really that bad?

The author had personal difficulties and had to cease writing.

Honestly I'd take any of the girls, while some have personality issues, I can't fault Yabuki-sensei's style

their isn't really any bad girl in to-love-ru but if I'm picking it would be yui and yui and another yui and maybe mikan but still yui and maybe the twin sisters but still yui is fine for me.
