How amusing to see a panda in panda suit. I know it's cliche but I witnessed a pandaception. Penguin is too cute when he's drunk.

While certainly not the funniest show this season, I find myself really love it.

Maybe the deadpan humor, maybe the mellow feeling of the show, I don't know.
And while many people seem to believe this is a kid show, I believe it's the contrary since no kid
anywhere will enjoy the sloe pacing of this show.

The Llama 'Escort Service' was one of those "This really ISN'T aimed at kids, is it" moments.

The menu at Panda's cafe reminded me of the 'Spam' sketch. Bloody pandas!

I still think Penguin's Cafe could have done with an orchestra, though.

The second episode really picked up in the cherry blossom viewing section. Drunk penguins are great!

Episode 3: if you ever wondered how weird it would be for talking animals to go visit other talking animals working in a zoo, now's your chance!

I like this show.

Spoiler for pic:

I thought the first half of the episode was great, having animals visit a zoo is surreal (especially when Polar Bear wants to see a polar bear)

I loved most of the ep, but the really random stuff - like Penguin-san asking Sasako-san what she thinks of men who eat beef and potato stew and her replying, "I'd rather not answer right now." (that was standoffish) just has me on the floor.

Oh man Polar bear can't visit any of the sea creatures. Like how everyone was asking Sasako if she had experienced their problems. More panda goods!

I wasn't expecting this, but Penguin-san is fast becoming my favorite character. I love his reactions to the absurdities around him.

Both parts were good but the first part had me in stitches with Polar Bear not being allowed to see the Polar Bears & Seals & him sneaking in

I also loved the pics Polar Bear & Penguin took with Panda.

Yeah, the way he talks and how he move and react in a far view never fail to amaze me! Awk!

Finished up watching ep 3 last night ... ok, I'll admit it. I laughed quite a bit during the first half esp.

Hafta agree with LKK wholeheartedly though - Penguin's tsukkomi works perfectly.

It's a little embarrassing to admit but Polar Bear, Panda, and Llama work their smartphones better than I do. Maybe I should trade my hands for paws? I think I'll pass on Llama's method though.

I don't have a smart phone (I make do with my IPOD touch) or a driver's license. This episode hit me right in the gut.

Now I wonder if I can use the "I am too busy relaxing" excuse. You think that would work.

Also I will never get tired of Panda's obsession with Panda accessories.

I want to read Penguin's blog. That should be a real thing.

Spoiler for Episode 5:

Also, I created a social group for the series, if anyone's interested.

Oh, and who was voicing Penko in episode 4?

I'm half-expecting Polar Bear-san's instincts to kick in at some point and turn this into Blood-C...

Okay, mandrill parfait - intense! I'm curious yet frightened.

Lol how Hasada imagined being a panda. Those were really good looking parfaits though.
