Been hearing about this from before and finally found the time to start... finished up to [2-2], the chapters are soooo long~~~
Anyway, regretted not reading this right away when I found it, this is truly a hidden brilliant gem, enough to warrant my seal of approval and instant raise to top 3 current web novel that I read.

In a dystopian future, technology advanced rapidly to the point that people can insurance their next life to reincarnate and start a new life in another world. Shinamori Akira is an average guy who lose his place in this world. With ensured safe payment, he used the Insurance Quantum and requested to be reincarnated into severely harsh fantasy world and be gifted with firm mind. Akira wanted to live a balanced life of relief and hard reality. He then died from traffic accident and did reincarnated safely, but the next moment, his situation turn for the worst into almost death-situation, he faced a werewolf who gnawed his left arm. In panic he found out that chip is still installed in his brain and his right arm is still a cybernetic one. Calming himself, he managed to get out from predicament by killing the werewolf but trouble still haven't end. Him still holding technology from his world practically makes him a criminal, therefore while he could make an emergency call, he couldn't tell the truth. Lastly, he is stark-naked. The call ended abruptly as Akira couldn't make out the sound due to noise. He then found six knights facing a big werewolf and assisted them in killing it. Problem arise as they cannot communicate. Joining them, Akira is involved in a fight against a dark wolf. The fight went fiercely and left only two survivors: Akira and Azuria Helzeksche. Promised to fetch him later, Azuria went above to report and Akira waited for her. Azuria didn't return and Akira is left stranded alone on the fifth floor.

Half a year later, the fifth floor turned into a neutral zone between two forces, consisted of outlaws and people with no future. Akira who is marked as an enemy to both forces, is forced to stay and survive on this shady floor, with only cyber technology that he possessed and Cyber-Karate, can he survive in this violent world?

A story jam-packed with mixed stuffs resulted into absurdly awesome story. The setting of the story borrows many element from Wavering Mythology (Yuragi no Shinwa). Thus, this story could be categorized as a derivative work. Not having any knowledge about the referenced works (which is a project of fanmade myth) doesn't reduce the enjoyment of reading this.

He is marked as enemy because the agent who monitor Zeotia deemed him as dangerous factor that will bring chaos.

Imagine that a man with cyber technology reincarnated to medieval fantasy, big chance that man will use that technology for something bad. To prevent scenario like that from happening, Multiworld Confederation enforced law that forbid carrying technological stuff from former world. Akira were not supposed to reincarnate with cybernetic arm intact but somehow he did.

This is all the information that I've collected about this story... beware for heavy spoilers!! especially the character section.

Spoiler for Chapter 1:

The outline for the prologue is as in the synopsis above, Akira who accidentally reincarnated to wrong world, and then learn that the world, Zeotia is in war between the [Upper] stratums and the [Lower] stratums. He then acoompanied the six knights he met and fight against master of fifth stratum. The fight went fierce and left only him and one knight, Azuria as survivors. Azuria went back to [Upper] stratums to report and Akira wait for her, but she never come back. Fifth stratum restructured itself and Akira is left alone there. He is attacked from behind and incapacipated but saved by a mysterious person.

Spoiler for Chapter 2:

This chapter is mainly told from the perspective of Akira, the "Outsider" perspective. Began half-a-year from previous chapter. Akira now live in fifth stratum that has changed to slums. He still cannot communicate to people of Zeotia. Added with his unusual right arm, he is notorious as a "Mad Dog". He worked as money collector under Rodwey, member of organization called as [Company] until he gain money enough to buy him Item that can help him understand the language of Zeotia. Rodwey give Akira a map to the place where he can get a translate, there Akira met a girl with ice lens who introduced herself as Corcesca and told him that she has accepted his request to analyze Japanese language. The girl explains her method is like Turing's Test and name it as "Unreliable Tense and Narrator Solution", she also later mention the situation of it as Heidegger Philosophy. Corcesca told Akira that she need 1 week to finish analyzing and upload it to database. During his stay with Corcesca, Akira is suspicious and wary toward her. Akira learned much from her about this world, and that he is a being called as Xenoglossia, "A person from another world".

In the midst of the week, Akira helped a boy from a gang of thugs and it later lead to a fight where it ended in lose to him. Akira gained consciousness and found himself at a clinic run by young girl, Trishula. Trishula told Akira that Corcesca is hiding something from him, Corcesca appeared and confirm it but she add that it's the same for Trishula as well. Later, Rou Khain, the person who defeat Akira is taking the boy hostage and he broadcast the challenge for Akira. Akira initially ignored it but after finding the reason to save him, he went to the sixth stratum with Corcesca accompanying. The battle started with advantage to Akira but he cannot stand against Khain. Trishula come riding a bike and save him, situation changed suddenly when Flambeau Knights appeared, trying to apprehend Trishula. Situation turns for the worse when a monster sent by Trident (Corcesca and Trishula rival), Cassario butt in the fray, targetting Akira, Corcesca, and Trishula. Akira, who received new right arm from Trishula, along with two girls and Khain, fight and defeat Cassario.

After that Trishula and Corcesca told Akira about them, being a member of Celestial Gaze (Hoshimi no Tou), and candidates to fill the 71st throne of Cytos Sisters, their objectives and their invitation to Akira: Accept either one of them as master and become her Familiar/Servant. Trishula also told about her plan to bring chaos and seize the fifth stratum under her hand. The story continues with Akira knowing more about the both of them, along with new dilemma, invitation from Rodwey of [Company] and invitation from Chiron of [Flambeau Knight]. Conflict ensues between Akira, [Company] and [Chiron], Akira, Corcesca and Trishula managed to repel the [Company] but lose against Chiron, Akira lose his both arms along with his memories and applications. Akira then confront both Corcesca and Trishula, receiving two new arms, he confront Chiron once again, and this time emerge victorious.

- [Night out of the Board], This apps analyze game rules and direct user for best possible actions to takes. Useless on game that rely heavily on luck.
- [Training of seven-colored Mimetic muscles], This app help user control mimetic muscles to perform any kind of desired expression.
- He later gained new right arm that can changed form to axe that can cut space. However it has limited use and absurdly high cost peruse.

After the destruction of both his arms and losing the apps. His contract with Corcesca and Trishula gave him new powers:
- Ice Arm, from Corcesca as his right arm. It gave him the same ability as Corcesca's ICE.
- Ice Mirror, from Corcesca, through the Ice Arm. When used, mirror(s) will appear midair, showing reflection of the Ice Arm. Akira can control these 'phantom arms' which has the same ability as Ice Arm
- Alzanoal Hand [Witch Order], from Trishula as his left arm. Also called as Androgynous arm, this monochrome arm is installed with a function that emulated the abilities of 71 Cytos Sisters into different form of left arms (Resin Cast Epigonen)
- Cyber-Karate, though lost the apps, Akira and Trishula used the backup data in database and assemble a new Cyber-Karate, empowered as a Spellcraft
- Corcesca Link, though lost the apps, Corcesca Life Absorption ability create a link between her and Akira, transfering all emotion and sense of pain that Akira felt toward Corcesca. This allow Akira to keep composed state of mind just like when Akira still possess [E.E]
- Chibishula, replacement for the dysfunctional OS. Connect with the database all the time.

This chapter is mainly told from the perspective of Azuria, the "Insider" perspective, telling situation and events that happened at [Upper] stratums during the events of [2]. Azuria is a member of Flambeau Knight. She doesn't know much about herself, like her face or her name. During half-a-year, she is imprisoned and tortured for deserting, During the imprisonment she can only chat through [Astral World]. She also fell to danger once but is saved by mysterious girl named Hal. She is eventually freed and hailed as new hero for slaying the master of fifth stratum, this, however gained many malice from others as the reason for many casualties. Azuria went to Adventurer Guild to find someone that can teach her spellcraft. Azuria saved a girl (Mirnya) from a guy (fellow Flambeau Knight) and it develop into contest, thanks to intervention from Hal. Azuria asked help from knight introduced by her aqcuintance. This contest later turn into series of death-and-live situation. Azulia also discover that there is part of her memory that are sealed.

As Azuria past are exposed, problems appeared one after another, fight gradually intensed. Even after enlisting reliable people to help, the fight ended breaking her existence. Hal managed to keep her soul intact inside her body at the cost of turmoil that consume many innocent souls. Even after anchoring Azuria soul, the soul is already broken beyond repair. Hal proceed to unseal the memories of the other Forbit Demons, and revealed that they have meet before as students of Celestial Gaze. Hal begs them to save Azuria by recounting everything they know about Azuria, so they can reshape her soul from those recounts. Hal confront Azuria and bring back her confidence, finalizing Azuria decision to become Hal familiar. Azuria returns to the Grammar World and they rejoiced of it, but there still remain one big problem.

Azuria and the other prepares for the day where the last act of terrorism will be carried on. Everything went well, but they misread the enemy plan, the assassination went succesful resulted with worst scenario possible to happen: 12 Demon Generals that had been defeated are resurrected and they run amok at the capital. Flambeau Knights and Chocolate Lily (Azuria team name) put a fierce resist but it just delaying the inevitale destruction... Azuria fall into despair as her friends fell one by one and she is killed...... but suddenly, situation changed when citizens put unexpected resistance thanks to [Cyber-Karate] Spellcraft, Hal shows her true power as well as Azuria revealed to be still alive, awakened to her potential. Together with the other members of Chocolate Lily, they defeated the Demon Generals one by one, repelling invader from Another World and saved the [Upper] stratums from annihilation. [3] ended with several unexpected revelations, but for now, closed happily with Hal, the famous Diva "Spear" announced her partner, Azuria to the public.
