That first episode of the second cour was pretty good. Mystere is a nice contrast to Noir. ^^

It's the rare unicorn of a mecha show in this age of isekai and RPG'fied fantasy. I'll take it, if the mech designs are not too terrible (pretty mid here, but decent enough) and the story and characters are okay (and they are actually well done here, even if they are not outstanding).

I doubt this will be the last time we see noir but I feel sad about her even if I like mystere more.

To be honest it would do good if she disappear for a while and let kanata go through some suffering since things were going too well for him. I thought it was going to be ciel betrayal in the previous chapter but it didn't happen. It's coming sooner or later.

so tokio was a big deal in the past, that was hard to believe.

and ciel finally betrays kanata. He is not in a good position now but tokio is there so he will manage to escape.
