And to survive, he has to utilise the specialty of Lord, Summon Gacha to call strong individuals known as "Chariot". Will Saki be able to survive in this world?

In Eden, there are individuals known as Lord. They are people who are bestowed the rights to be a King by the god, and along with, granted the power to summon other strong individuals to serve them as their loyal servants, the Chariots. Kaji Yuusaku aka. Saki is one of them summoned to Eden through Fantasy shift app. He arrived at a a rundown castle and only given a rough explanation by the god, that the world are full of Lords competiting to be the best, and Saki should try his best to aim for one as well. After that, with "Gacha" available only to the Lord, he attempt to summon a Chariot and appeared from the other side, is a girl named as Orion who will later become his most trusted partner. Orion answered Saki's call to became his Chariot, her wish, is to be able to eat full everyday. However, one must know that in this world, there are a system called as Rarity, simply used to measure one capabilities, ranging from the lowest N, R, SR, SSR, and the strongest EX (later, there will be Unknown). Orion rarity is R, despite that, Saki kept her by his side. The two marks the start of what will be later called as Trident Chariot. At first, things aren't going well, due to lack of experiences and abilities, one such instance is a quest where Orion is getting badly injured and almost killed due to Saki hesitation to kill (monsters) that shackles him, but he conquered it soon, and managed to kill two nagas (while crying in guilt). But everything goes well although trivial: They managed to at least get small daily earnings from easy quest; Saki started to train himself physically; the new chariots he summoned, Simon brothers (4), although they are only Normal rarity Kobolds are loyal and serve as helper at the castle. Before they realized it a month almost passed. During this time, news of large Chariot expanding territories spread and raising tension between Lords, especially the small ones. Saki, is passive toward the conflict and so far haven't engaged in any war yet. Still he is concerned about the news, thus decided to summon new Chariot, hoping to bolster his defense. His pray answered, another girl appeared and introduced herself as EX Rarity priest, Sophia Burg Ednadole. Saki is excited to get EX Chariot but this excitement is short lived and soon became a problem in his mind. Sophia is a princess, furthermore a secluded one. Being spoiled by his parents since birth , Sophia lacks common sense and does not get used with the commoners way. Even more fatal is she doesn't know how to fight, as she never fight before (her first fight left her pissing her pants scared sh*t).

The artist does seem to have illustrations in random chapters, yes.
Makes it easy to understand Amatsunagi's "paiotsu everywhere" comment.
Wooh boy.

If you mean light-novel style full color and several scene illustrations, then no.
It's mostly just line art character concepts.

I'll get around to trying this eventually. I'm just never motivated to start gacha-themed stories.

Usually either Light or Web novel have their illustrations placed on one volume but it depends on the artist itself if they want to make it or not.

The next day in the morning, Saki is dead tired because he work until late night to clean-up the praying room that Sophie requested for. Later, Simon woke him up and Saki is surprised to find that Sophie has set the room by herself, decorated with table as altar and big silver cross on top of it. The problem is the silver cross, Saki asked Sophie of where she got that cross, to which she answered that she buy it for 80000 Vesta using the money on Saki's room. Saki take the cross and bring Sophie along to town to return it to where she buy it, but when they arrived, the merchants are gone and they are informed by passerby that the merchants are swindler who sells stolen sham-goods. Both went to the central plaza where they contemplated what to do, a thought flashed on Saki mind to deport Sophie back but a smell of freshly baked bread interrupted his thought and he buy two breadh for him and Sophie. Later a rmuscular regent okama approached them and asked them to help with his store, in need of money Saki readily agreed to it. Turns out the place they are going to help for is a show pub, where Saki has to go naked on top with only tie, and Sophie wearing only apron. Convinced by Ricard (the okama who is the owner) that the pub is legal and safe to work (and wage of 10000 Vesta/person), Saki agreed to work as part timer, initially he intended to work alone but Sophie, with guilt, also agreed to help. The work went well for both of them, although mid-work, Saki encountered Inui (a handsome classmate of his also transported to Eden) who visited the pub for drink with his Chariots (1 EX and 3 SR). Inui ridiculed him for being so desperate for money, and Erika (Inui EX chariot) fainted seeing Saki naked. Near the closing, Rude customers comes in and it turns out that they are the merchants (5 person) who swindle Sophie. They happily talk about how easy the money they got today and also ridiculed Sophie for being too stupid. They throw tantrum and as one of it going to grab Sophie waist (Sophie not resisting because of her responsibility to finish the job and get the money to repay Saki), Saki came and throw a meat pie to the guy face along with . Angry, merchants draw their swords and going to attack Saki (Saki tumbling, tripped by fallen chair), which is repelled by Sophie using her special skill and proceed to incapacitate them. The merchants are captured; Saki got his money back although only half of it; Saki and Sophie got his payment with bonus tip, which along with the money Saki got back, totaled to 80000 Vesta. Saki give the 20000 to Sophie, telling her that it is her money she earned and when asked if Sophie want to buy cross, Sophie shake her head... the next day, as Sophie goes to pray, in place of cross is a plate of baked cheese bread.

Probably shouldn't expect the tracks of land to be as vast as the author illustrations, however.
