Maybe because at physical contact. She bypassed the AIM electronic field around Mikoto and direct access her brain.

Misaki's environment when growing up is pretty different from Misaka's when she is growing up. It just goes to say that biribiri is the most normal among level 5. Even her surrounding when growing up was loved by her parents. Misaki here looks like a lab rat with black gown and scifi mad scientist lab with a mad scientist trying to develop her power.

That was yesterday. Right now Touma is back to his daily routine doing the borrowed item race.

I didn't expect Full=Tuning to appear in the manga like this. I'm curious to see Misaki's past and her connection to Full=Tuning. It also makes me more excited for NT7 to see what might happen there.

Also, I'll not discard the idea oh Misaki having a past with Touma. Unless, of course, the novel states otherwise.

Maybe Dolly is a clone created before full-tunning. The first project was to create lvl 5 cloning Misaka. After that the radio noise project was created.
