In the original manga, unless we're told otherwise, Tsukune's dad got the flier from a priest who was collecting them to apparently dispose of them. In the anime only was it the excorcist-type guy who dropped the flier "accidentally" for Tsukune's dad to pick up

I went back and checked the manga, your right about the priest thing, and he doesn't look like the chairman. But also, though present in the manga, this is Tsukune Father's point of view. To him I'm sure his first impression if he was to see the back of the chairman would be to assume he is a priest. Not to mention his image of him he seems to be laughing maniacally, and i wouldn't assume a clergyman disposing of these application would be doing. So whether its assuming the anime or manga, the possibility of it being the chairman is there in all the same. And sorry for confusing the two, i happened to read/watch them back to back, so a lot of my info gets tied in sometimes.

agreed, humans also have a knack for building weapons specifically to kill other humans.

i found some cosplayer copying mizore. she looks pretty good though the skirt isnt the right colours

Anyways for Ruby she doesn't get that much love, but she's what you call a wild card. You deny she's hot and can take punishment, if you know what I mean by PUNISHMENT.

Also that cosplayer is quite good and hot! Even w/out the lolipop.
