Don't know about an english language release,
but doubt it will be released in NA without some major changes.

a manga version of Doki Doki Majo Shinpa will start
this september, published inside Champion Red.

So what is left is an anime series ^^
News ripped off from Canned Dogs (thought that site was abandoned,
but now i know better and this link became pretty long)
