I feel that kinda relationship would only go for so long than become disastrous. she has had many years to try to learn andou's weird taste and she could never like it herself. she would get sick of it sooner or later and leave him.

Because someone can't get used to the person they like liking something they don't understand, right? I mean look around you there are many couples that don't understand why the other likes something but still accepts them.

Also what makes you think Andou won't be the one to change and stop being chunni at some point in his life and decides being normal but still like chunni stuff?

In my opinion two people being exactly alike and liking the same stuff is the one that has the most chance of not working out since it would only end up making the relationship boring after a while. At some point you'll run out of things to talk about because both know and talk about the same things.

That was a pretty good episode and the ending sure got interesting. With Mirei getting mindwarped she suddenly turns into the ultimate villain. Right off the bat stealing one of the OP powers. Going to be tough to deal with her. I guess the easiest way would be for Tomoyo to freeze time outside her vision so she can't steal it and then just beat her unconscious....though that's kind of brutal.

Very much a good episode for the strongest 'contenders' of this harem. Hatoko trying hard even though she was taking a bit too much tactical prep from magazines. And Tomoyo finally got hit over the head with the reality that she is in love with Andou. Even got the flashback for their first meeting. Definitely easy to see how she knocked the chuuni back into him...literally.

I think things turned out alright for Hatoko here even with the differences. Feels like at the end of the day both girls got their time alone and a sense of comfort with their own feelings.

Really worked out solidly for both even though neither actually took the step forward in revealing how they felt. Hatoko happy enough right now to be considered a special existence and having her own personal nickname for Andou. And again Andou having a very level headed response for Tomoyo's failure in the novel writing.

he already want to quit for some reason, but decided to come back being a chuuni, so to make him changed again that would be difficult, not to mention now when supernatural power become real.

tomoyo and andou even tho they both chuuni but theres are difference between them i believe.
andou chuuni, want to stop but come back, now he is already satisfied enough with the situation around him.
tomoyo chuuni since the very begining, hide her chuuni for high school debut, unlike andou tho she push her chuuni foward spread it by being an author, this is create a great respect between them.
these lonely soul find themself enjoying each other because they finnaly able to find a comrade, but thanks to hotoko now tomoyo also see andou as love interest

run out of things to talk about? nay thats not gonna be happen, just like how this forum will continue to exist, as long japan doesnt stop produce new LN, animes, manga they pretty much have infinite amount of topic, if thats not enough they still can create their own universe just like what tomoyo already did

Lol, i can actually see that dynamic, and that anime is a good example that even when they do not share the same likes, a good and solid couple can be made, and more importantly, continue being together

And the problem with that? that is already happening in the another anime being aired currently this season.

Honestly I feel Hatoko is better marriage pair for Ju-kun than Tomoyo but I think Tomoyo would act better girlfriend to current Andou. Andou is still full chuuni and he will probably move past it like me and my friends. We don't stop being otaku but we control out chuuni-ness. Specially in public, well unless in anime convention or cosplay. We form a assault squad tf2 with a spy, sniper, Soldier and Demolisher in convention

And having partner that will listen to you rambling about your waifu is better than someone that will answers back. it will just be tiring even though it might be fun for now but how about later on?

specially if your busy and she's not that understanding. it gets troublesome.

Overall a fun show. However, I wish they adapted more of the action gimmicks. The slice of life bits were fine though and I enjoyed the majority of the comedy. Romance felt dense but I didn't expect that much from there.

Andou's Dark & Dark is awesome though.

Looking forward to Trigger's Ninja Slayer for Spring!
