Guess that pretty much settles it... Though nice to see some activity in this old town, while modfires burn in the other counties.
Quick fact check: Any new updates from manga about Norse-related stuff in Ancient Belka? I think it would affect mine, as I'm going to be drawing a lot from the Jotunn and Nilfmir.

Nothing so far yet. Vivid had some hints of diving into ancient Belka, but it's staying in the present for now with the tournament arc.
We did learn that the church has very liberal dress codes though. Last edited by Keroko; 2011-12-22 at 09:48. |

I did write a very liberal church which was a stark contrast to the old, but still, NO HOTLINKING KEROKO!!
Ahem, relink for this Old One, please. EDIT: Located Character File 16. Nothing new; I think the short I once wrote about young Schach and Carym had less clothes.

Thanks. Only now that I noticed the color red.
Fanon Concept: Red represents the Convent of Blutengel, and Sanguinus' Sisters have always been a little... hotbodied. I meant, hot blooded. So when they have bare overboob, halterbacks, and translucent skirts as uniform back then (300 years ago), I guess this modern fashion consisting of armpits, underboob and midriff, which is of no relation to the original Sisters beyond style, is no surprise. EDIT: blarg there I go again. I was trapped into crack by a trap. Great.

Apparently, it also uses several other European mythologies, such as Celtic, Irish and Welsh...though, those cultures are somewhat close to each other As I have mentioned before, I have my own Belka project...which would already be in motion if my attention span wouldn't shift every 30 seconds

BTW - Britain, the proper name for the island where the countries of Englad, Wales and Scotland reside, comes from the Welsh word Bretyn.

But certain weapon's names are used as spells, such as Balmung, Claoimh Solais and Brionac. These, by the way, were used by Hayate in te first PSP game...so one can assume these spells were absorbed by the Book of Darkness back in ancient times. ...It's only a matter of time before Tsuzuki starts using other stuff from those mythologies
