While rewatching 19 I decided to pause during the flower scene. It looks like there isn't a headband or anything, just the flowers. >_> I always thought the yellow part was some sort of band, but it seems to be part of the flowers. Hmmmmm.

Believable but false. As I read about it, it seemed to integrate the possible potential of a person's mind to be "like God" by creating another being using the ability to calculate a biological structure. But seeing all the abilities noted in Academy City (Except Level 0 Abilities like Auto Rebirth), it is quite impossible to see such an ability because most abilities are manipulating something existing, not making something out of nothing.
And even imagining how much chemical manipulation (atom per atom per se) would be required to create a single cell is enough to make anyone's head asplode.

Besides, if this was true, why wasn't she being watched by Aleister Crowley if she had a "god-like" ability like this?

I'll call fake on that one.
1) Saten Ruiko is shown to have a family, unless that is a fabrication it is highly unlikely that Uiharu has that power.
2)Conversely , now that she knows more people, her power should decrease, leading to the disappearance of Ruiko since she is no longer dependent on her.

Its impossible to create plants or animals because its a living

esper alter reality with their own reality but then can create something that could had its own reality.

^ Simple, it's 4chan trolling. That false info actually came from 4chan itself and I was stalking the archives of it and read it myself.

If you simply go there, and start a Saten thread, you'd notice the hate and troll that comes out of it all because a certain tripuser started the spam of Saten threads...

Anyways, enough about Saten and more on Uiharu... we're only around 4 episodes left, so they should at least reveal to us what Uiharu's real power is at some point... I think this might be my only rage if they were just teasing us about it and never reveal it by the end of the episodes, which sucks so bad...

To my understanding, even the manga hasn't revealed said power so I wouldn't bank on it.

I read that info b4 on onemanga. I almost believe it at first until i remember some things about the story don't make sense in the manga and realize it must be fake.

Anyway, here's hoping the anime will finally reveal what Uiharu powers are.

So, let me sum the facts up, neither in the novels or manga, Uiharu's power has been revealed and in addition in all media she is not aware of the flowers on her head (as shown in the anime)?

WTF? None has asked her except for a couple of random students? Or did they use the character design without considering its most striking feature?

Spoiler for possibly uiharu's ability?: Kazari Uiharu's ability is actually the power to create the physical manifestation of a "stand" (a contraction of the phrase "one who stands by me"). At level 1, her ability was classified as "Artificial Creation". She could manifest a broad variety of simple life-like beings. In practice, it allowed her to create flowers and small animals by calculating their genetic structure and manifesting it in a physical form. During her latest ESPer examination, she was classifed as a potential level 2. This meant that she could create increasingly complex beings, but her transition into a fully functioning level 2 was halted due to personal distress. It is noted that due her unique personality, she was often a target of bullying by her peers and acquaintances. As Uiharu was close to falling into the despair caused by her crushing loneliness and neglect from her family, her abilities increased as to ease her desperation. She unknowingly (and unconsciously) created a "stand", or artificial creation that was far more complex than anything previously encountered. This new lifeform became a companion and savior to Uiharu, as it gave her the affection and company she so desperately needed at the time. Yes, I am talking about the being known as Ruiko Saten. Saten is a "stand", or artificial creation. She only exists to heal Uiharu's broken mind, but cannot currently manifest any abilities of her own, or realize the truth about her own nature. It is expected that as Uiharu's level increases, the "stand" known as Saten may start manifesting ESPer abilities of her own. At this point, it is not possible to predict how either party will react once the truth is revealed.
