I want to see them together as well.
But I cant stop wondering of if it wouldn't be better for the story that they do not. Like they end happy but with their own destinies and paths ahead of them.

And again this last chapter was nothing more than teasing between Hishiron and Kaizaki.

Seriously, the way how the author is dragging this issue pisses me off. When you have such situations you never do this, instead a proper resolution is better for the readers but in this case the whole "is he/she part of Re:life project?" thing is getting old and each chapter is building expectations but ends on nothing again.

Hmm let's see, this is only a theory but Hishiro and Kaizaki exchanged straps for this date, like saying they will always remember this day and that is a memento. To me this is a hint about future developments when the ReLife project ends, both of them will forget everything about this while going back to their lifes but maybe they will met again and remember just the love they have for each other, unless this is fixed in a much easier way without the whole deal with their memories.

Yeah just let them finish the program without the memory wipe. Don't need more drama, we've suffered enough from the snail-like pace of development, the 'main couple angst', now for the friend couple angst, now back to the main couple...
