A couple of my programs were accidentaly blocked by norton.
Is the anyway to unblock them?

Are you the system administrator? If yes, you can by checking the settings. If not, tough luck, get someone who has admin status to do it.

I despise virus scanners they take too much resources out of your pc. >,>
