Not sure if i am correct from the wiki entry, but says that she is the enemy of daisensei/ariel and chris and nene(?). She is also on par in strength with chris.

sweet moments between Tomonari and Ayumu in the end, and foreshadowing of Dai-sensei as the last boss.

Not much to comment beside that since I skip most of the story(doesn't have time to read this yet XD).

But, I can't tell if Yuki was heavily wounded by Lilia or was using an ability that caused those wounds.
But yea, Ayumu basically kissed Yuki to help her to recover as she was dying from blood loss, there was a lot of dialogue in which while ayumu acknowledges that Yuki is his wife but not a lover,( HOW COULD YOU SAY THAT AT A TIME LIKE THIS?!!! YOU SHOULD ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AS WELL, AYUMU NO BAKA!), how Yuki says that she can't be with him. Lots of "sorrys" in between, (hopefully it's not by the queen)

It's intentional for sure. Ayumu is saving tomonori by giving her blood through a kiss. As you recall, vampire ninja has to suck blood through kissing, which seras do to haruna. They almost do a second kiss(need more blood says tomonori) but haruna interrupted them.

The reason ayumu said he's tomonori's wife, but not lover is that he still doesn't understand the feeling of loving someone as a lover according to him. Although, ayumu does say to dai-sensei that he loves "the prenents".

And for my comments about dai-sensei, i don't know why but i somehow get the feeling that she could be the big bad in the last arc or something like that.
