From all we know, yes. I guess the swimsuit acts as her underwear, and given that she's basically a sea creature, that makes sense to me.

One of those cases where the anime's much better than the manga, in fact the manga's better off as the anime's raw storyboard.

So I finally found the time to watch this again. I had to drop it when it was airing because I couldn't follow it due to time issues.

I decided to start it over again, and Ika barfing ink onto the birthday cake was just as funny as the first time I saw it. I missed this series more than I thought I would lol. I haven't finished it yet, but this reminded me why I liked the series in the first place.

In the Fuji GT, a 400Km race the Hitsune Miku/Goodsmile BMW finished 5th, the Haruhi Porsche 10th, and Ika 11th in the GT300 class. The Eva car did not finish
