I'm re-asking because the first time I did ask it, I included something that caused the person replying to focus on that instead, and not on what I was looking for. In my re-ask, I have removed that section so the focus is on what I want answered.

We are to assume though, that she simply has a professional pride in her work, and not tied to the motives of the Gods like you suspect. If she was, Rory and Hardy would know about it.

I said this, but I totally remembered it wrong.
The Piper actually makes a reappearance in book 4, totally forgot about it, and we learn her true nature. She shows up in this next part again.

Summary part 2 of Book 4 Full Assault.

Spoiler:

House of Formal is thriving more than ever before.
Both the Emperor and the Princess were rescued from the capital, and set up a temporary government independent from Zorzal in Itarica.
Personal army of the Emperor and his supporters were no match to the imperial army in size, so not only did Malt ask for alliance with other nations, but also promised the demihumans who were previously persecuted a much better treatment in the new empire, and sought their help.

Aurea, the medusa girl reports to the head maid that his majesty is requesting presence.
She's carrying around a mummified corpse of a spy. As a medusa, she can suck the life out of a being, killing it but at the same time giving it great pleasure.
She can also access memory of the victim, and this makes her a perfect counter-spy.
The corpse belonged to an assassin sent by Boulo, and was trying to poison the food.

The two maids report to Emperor's room. Inside is Malt, Sugawara, and Count Marcus.
The emperor is still bedridden, and hasn't recovered from his poisoning incident.
On the other hand, Count Marcus doesn't even attempt to hide his displeasure in observing the strong ties between the house of Marcus and Japan.
Emepror learns of Aurea's job in Itarica. She eases pain and gives pleaure to the terminal ill and dying people, so they don't have to suffer when they die.
Malt expresses his desire for her to take care of him when his time finally comes.

In the ballroom, Mamina the Warrior Bunny approach a suspect.
She asks him his name and affiliation, and he replies smoothly.
Unbeknownst to the man, the ballroom is rigged with Earth technology, with camera and mic everywhere.
The JSDF operator looks through the files to see all the attending factions to match faces and name with the man, and tells Mamina through wireless earplug receiver of the contradiction in his story.
Mamina gets close to the man with a seductive line, then pulls a dagger on the spy and warns him not to resist arrest.
Around the ballroom many other spies can be seen taken down by other maids in the same manner.

The man tells her he's actually a spy belonging to Marcus and that he's on their side.
In the split second of hesitation Mamina shows, suddenly a girl bursts out of the man.
Mamina identifies the woman as a demihuman race called Jivojonny
(Xevo-Joni? It's an original species to the book. They are beastmen whose ancestry are coyote, and they can also "wear" disguise skin.)
The woman's name is Norra, and unbeknownst to Mamina, she is none other than the Pied Piper herself.

Mamina throws several dirks at Norra, and some of them hit.
Injured, Norra escapes the mansion.
Mamina tries to pursue the woman, but the JSDF operative tells her it's ok, leave it up to them.
The dirks he gave her had tracers on them, and now the tracers have been buried in the target's body.
The operative was none other than Yanagida, recovered from his fight with Delilah and back on the field.
Everything is going according to their plan.
Yanagida leaves the rest to Delilah, who is recovered and now his personal agent, and is willing to do anything he tells her.

Meanwhile in the meeting room, the Dove senators are gathered discussing the demihuman maids of the house Formal.
They are surprised at how elegant and well trained the maids are, and reexamine the years of persecution and prejudice.
The maids convinced them to tolerate, but at the same time they acknowledge it will take time to get used to them, and hopes the demihumans will have the patience while the Empire humans adjust their beliefs.

The meeting is about learning how the Japanese politics work.
They learn that the Senate chosen by the people chooses the next Prime minister, and that the head of the nation and its cabinet stays in power for a short period and changes.
The senators find this system very outdated, as similar system has been attempted in their world, but were proven ineffective.
They ask Sherry to explain why the Empire chooses dictator ship, and how checks and balances work in their politics, to see how smart the child is.
Sherry, despite being 12 years old, flawlessly answer their questions and explain the details of the empire's politics such as how centralization and fiefdom works, and their benefits.
The senators are pleased to hear her answer, and are baffled how nation such as Japan can't understand something even a 12 year old can.
Kikero however, questions that view though, pointing out the flaws in the feudalism and that its flaws are what led to birthing a tyrant such as Zorzal.

The debate goes on and on, and eventually talk about how to defeat Zorzal.
The other nations neglect to take sides. If they side with Malt and he loses, then nations involved will be doomed.
But if they side with Zorzal, they may anger Japan, who is antagonized by Zorzal.
Since the outcome is unclear at the moment, most of the smaller nations are staying out of this conflict.

And the meeting continues further discussing Japan, future of the Empire, and the damage Zorzal's tactics will leave upon the future state of the Empire, as its destructive path is making the common folk unable to believe in anything..
Sherry asks what Princess Pina is doing in a time like this, but Kikero reveals to her that she has left Itarica, unwilling to take part in the war against Zorzal.

Meanwhile, Itami & co heads to Knuppnai, to answer a revelation by Goddess Hardy.
The fact a god is delivering divine message after unprecedented earthquakes and shifting of the stars in heaven was something too ominous for Japan to ignore, and sent Itami to investigate.
Pina tags along with Itami, wanting to learn the truth herself.
Itami questions her action as she's supposed to be appointed as the crown princess to take up after Malt, but she tells him she's sick and tired of politics and war, and doesn't want to be involved.
She then frowns and pout cutely and asks if Itami feels she's a nuisance.
She confess to Itami that when he came to save her from the capital, her heart was filled with joy. \
It was as if a hero appeared out of one of those storybooks from Risa. She almost regretted not being a man so she can ship herself with him.
However when she learned that his visit to the capital was not to save her, and him picking her up was just merely incidental her dreams were crushed.
She demands apology for hurting her feelings, and Itami tries to escape the conversation.

He goes over to Hamilton, who is shaking in the corner of the helicopter.
She is utterly terrified of flying and has been shaking since they got on the helicopter. And it hasn't even taken off yet.
He goes over to Lelei who is staring hard at the cockpit and trying to absorb any knowledge she can gain.
She wants to apply the logic to magic, and one day achieve flying with magic.

Soon the team is summoned by General Hazama, who introduces them three scientists who will be accompanying them on the heli.
They are three of the best minds in their fields, from astro observatory, astrobiology, theoretical physics.
They are also accompanied by Kuribayashi's sister who will be the media observer.

Of the three scientist Professor Youmei of theoretical physics is the most eccentric, almost nutty, and proceeds to overreact to everything.
Meanwhile Professor Urushibata of Astrobiology stares up and down the two elves, Tuka and Yao, and mumbles about the logical evolution of environment resembling Earth producing humanoid creatures resembling humans, and asks the general if he can take the two home with him.
Of course his request is declined.
Doctor Shirai of National observatory carries in large equipment and excited to observe the stars of this alternate universe, and isn't paying any attention to anyone else.

Itami is at loss of words at the three weirdos.

Can you explain me something about lelei in this second part of the summaries of novel book 4:

She wants to apply the logic to magic, and one day achieve flying with magic. "

In the anime, when she fought arpegio, she flies using her staff.

What i want to ask is if her flying when she fought arpergio did not happen in the novels and only happened in the anime? Because in the manga and in the translated light novel , they did not show\described the fight yet.

If she did fly using her staff in the novels when she fought arpegio... Why does she want to learn flying magic by studying a helicopter cockpit? Is a different flying magic that she wants to create? Like flying without using her staff?

Lelei flying is completely anime original.
In fact, in book 4 it's explained that many Japanese have asked Lelei to try flying on a staff or broom, but she kept telling them even if it was possible sitting on a stick would be incredibly uncomfortable and that she would never do it. She kept strongly refusing it until people stopped asking her to.

So that anime depiction entirely goes against her stance on the matter.

I know that since you already explained it before, but it bugs me using light novel to talk about the novel since they are different types of publication even if they have the exact same words and are very much a like hehe. Also bugs me when someone says that the second cour of gate is the second season when it's not .

Not so different since the empire is basically a copy of the roman empire, their ways and etc. The diferences that i see between our worlds are the magic, the creatures and the demi-humans the rest is about the same.

Indeed they treat the demi-humans in racist ways, thinking that they are below them and etc. But no one there know that this is racism, no one there is going to start a revolution demanding equal rights because the empire is "racist" and also no one there is going to point some time and say "you're are being racist" besides the japanese of course, if the japanese teach the demi-humans then they will learn the concept of "racism" and maybe try to fight it.

Indeed maybe they have a different concept of racism, but i pretty sure that is concept like "it is like this, it will stay like this, and this it is how it should be", in other words, empire and demi-humans thinks "it's normal" and most of them accept how it is.

usage of the term "light novel" confuse the issue and is not accurate in the description, since there is nothing "light" about the Gate novel series, more accurate terms to describe the 2 different versions would be "hardbound" and "paperback" for the westerners. for Japanese, just Tankōbon and Bunkobon, the word "light" was never mentioned anywhere by the Japanese publisher, and like you said, the only differences between the two versions, AFAIK, is adding insert illustrations, cheaper bunko printing/price, and some grammar spelling corrections according to blog reviews.
