Well, at least they are lilly, red headed, blinding irish white. If you know the skin color I'm talking about, almost paper white.
I think part of airbenders worldwide popularity did come from the darker skin shades though. I hope it's a good movie either way. |

that being said, the theaters were packed of course. the Fans aren't going to NOT see it. But most of the "asians" were dark, but there were quite a few WHITE PEOPLE cast in this movie in general so that can't be helped, hell if you see the entire Northern Water tribe a majority of them are white people

Rotten Tomatoes gives it 7%. I don't think I've ever seen a movie on Rotten Tomatoes with 7%.

This is the first time I've seen a multi-million dollar movie get abysmal reviews. Of course, it'll make a decent amount of money, as any movie with decent advertising and acclaimed source material would.

I mean, I understand not judging people on their skin, and how it's morally wrong to choose an Asian to play a part just because she's Asian (even if she's supposed to be a grown up version of an existing Asian girl actress), but in film, I think we should give some lenience. |

Nice post, animeboy12.
I overheard in another forum, that the movie was bad. Though I didn't pay attention to the hype this movie since M. Night Shalmayan was directing it. I've learn my lesson since "Lady in the Water": If the movie is from M. Night Shalmayan, don't waste your time and money. The guy's movie career has been hit and got runover by the bus. |

Rotten Tomatoes rating: 9% As expected, the fanbase is roasting the movie as a trainwreck by the egomaniac .... any box office to be had will be simply because there's so little competition at the moment.
