I remember, Meister Theorized It'll at the very least disable the normal shield and interfering the servo motor, but not the pilot. I said differently, because the I.S.-es are connected directly to the pilot thus the pilot will be affected.

Note - That's precisely the point of Absolute Defense, to tank whatever can pierce through normal shield (though Normal Barrier has to be activated manually IIRC, therefore, being slow at activating shield will sap your SP dry as Absolute Defense constantly working).

Once again, except for heat and electric, which in theory allows the attacker to torture the pilot without killing them.

Nope, she still has the Minerva Kai. Don't forget that the battle-armor can be piloted by either Inami or Tsurugi, as shown in the first chapter of Sabre.

When Inami pilots it, he'll use the full TsukiAkari lance. Tsurugi only uses either halves of the lance at any given point of time.

Side note - Does the IS have to be activated or do you just have to have it equipped even in partial form?

NOT pointless, I never said Meister theory was wrong, it'll at the least stun the golem for a while until the wire is damaged/fried or the electrical supply cut off (because the golems SEEMS to lack Absolute Defense for whatever reason).

Note-I don't know, my WMG went to Absolute Defense still protect the pilot even if the I.S. is not activated, hence the reason of the abuse Ichika go through unharmed.

As mentioned in Chapter 1, they would need to have their retinal data registered first. Only the Minerva's prime engineer, Jinrai, knows how to do it.

Apparently only apply to student, since Chifuyu's black suit are semi-formal, and Ichika choose the model.

Note: No reason so far, I take it any people can customize it if they wish, they just don't bother. I remember Tate and Kanzashi's uniform are standard, no?
