I'd like to see Kancolle's interpretations of Hood or Warspite.

On another note, I've been busy training DDs up just in case we have a big sub fight for Summer.

You forgot 'reward for clearing last map' (I know Summer 2014's reward is Isokaze and the enemies there are tough, and to make it worst, you are using regular fleet. Summer 2015 is Teruzuki, and the enemies there are tougher as well, with very high armour AD princess..., worst still, compass fairies don't send you to where you want to go/merry go round.).

Hmm.. I wonder if AD princess is going to come back this time... *Shudder*

I guess you used the translate function? Because the translate function on that tweet turned 艦娘 (kanmusu) into USS daughter.

Also, that's one of the better looking figurines I've seen, but it's apparently something you can only get via lottery?

Konishi ships have not got seasonal CGs, until Yuubari broke the trend recently (and to some extent, Kongou's 3rd anniversary scroll), so if they get summer CGs, it'd be swell.

Actually, Konishi has done a seasonal CG before Yuubari, with Zuihou's New Year 2016 art.

Good catch, that one. I totally missed it. My point stands that until 2016 we had no seasonals of Konishi girls though, so hopefully this year jump-starts it all.

Is anybody having connection troubles? For the past hour and a half I can't connect, getting cat-bombed. I do reach the start screen, but after clicking the start button a near-immediate cat-bomb.

EDIT: Seems to have been a PC issue of mine. Anyway, had a very smooth 5-5 this month. Needed only seven runs, all of which made it past Re-elite. Two runs ended up west, the five others all managed to clear it.

For me is Re elite likes to hit the same ship that she torpedoed to chuiuha... Even with pre node support she manages to taiha at least one ship.

I never use any support fleet for 5-5. What fleet are you running?

Standard setup 3 BB 2 CVB 1 CVL (As flagship). Slow BBs are involved in this composition.

BBs are equipped with 2 main guns 1 seaplane and AP Shell.

CVL is Reppuu mule, while CVs are equipped with some fighters enough for AS at boss node, then the rest torpedo bomber.

I wanted to not use supports but Re elite keeps wrecking my ships (Its my last resort actually I never planned to use supports.)

Hm okay. For what it's worth I used an all-fast fleet with Iowa, Kirishima, Bisko, Shōkaku, Zuikaku and Taihō. Everybody aside from Shōkaku, who is at 155, at level 99.

Shōkaku equipped with Murata, Ryūsei 601, Reppu, Bf109T.
Zuikaku equipped with Murata, Ryūsei 601, Reppu 601, FW190T (Ryūsei 601 swapped out for a Shiden Kai Ni for the final run).
Taihō equipped with Tomonaga, Reppu 601, Reppu 601, FW190T.

Repulse and Prince of Wales were involved in combat with Japanese land bombers (recently introduced). Hood (and Prince of Wales) were involved with Bismarck and Prinz. Hood was I think the UK's fastsest and almost heaviest armed battleship (battlecruiser, though practically the prototype fast battleship).

Warspite is also one of the few warships that saw action in both world wars, even if she is slightly newer than the Kongo and Hiei. I think that would make her the third oldest ship in the game if implemented.

She was at Jutland and Normandy. As well as taking part in actions against Japan in 1942 and 1943.
