I suspect any of the following characters could be involved in the "hate" line:

Kallen (most likely)
Schneizel (newest theory but fun to consider)
Arthur (yeah right j/k)
Nunnally (oooh, there's a thought. 'Cause Lelouch all but disowned her Turn 23)
Nina, Cornelia, or Anya (less likely but possible)

I wouldn't count Nina as a less likely candidate. Lelouch already noted that Nina should hate him in 23 for being Euphemia's murderer, so if the anti-FLEIJA weapon is finished and they have a dialogue, I could see him asking her if she has a grudge against him.

The word for hate stemmed from 恨む if I'm not mistaken, so it's not just "hatred" per se.

^ Ah yeah, in that case, Nina's extremely unlikely.

There are only so many people that Lelouch would actually bear a grudge against at this point... or only so many people who would be inclined to think so. Unless Nina is so guilt-trippy about FLEIJA that she thinks Lelouch hates her for Nunnally, but even then, that requires a lot of off-screen thinking!

It won't be Nunnally. She'd be calling him oniisama and not Lelouch. It has to be a character who's in the custom of addressing him by first name like that.

Looks like Suzaku will be the highlight of the episode, one way or another.

I can't see all the Japanese and have no clue on the Korean, but it doesn't appear to have anything we don't already know.

More or less repeating. It mentions that Lelouch and Suzaku, following through with their promise, are starting Zero Requiem at least.
