Not as much as weakened but rather it became unstable. I remember seeing somewhere that, after losing his arm, Fiamma could no longer control the Third Arm as well as he could before.

Good point, but Naru had plenty of other moments apart from that one, and not all of it fanservice.

Why don't we just go for a Touma+Mikoto+Index ending where Touma and Mikoto are married and Index's the (non-blood related) relative to Touma that gets on Mikoto's nerve but has to act civilised with her since she doesn't want to upset Touma?

Vol22 Epilogue - I translated that part and I think that's where it was. Fiamma has a 'on/off switch' for his Holy Right and can fire it at whoever he wants, but he can't control the power output anymore I think.

I'd like to see him beating them all down. They are all shocked, holding back but still fighting hard, Aleister in the back with his epic evil smile. All the girls crying when attacking. Then he goes for the finishing blast and then they remind him of who he was. Toumas fighting the demon inside Aleister is like"No". Then from there idk.

I thought of funny thing, with all this talk about age of osiris, age of horus, and all this resemblance to Egyptian religion, what if Aleister plans to mummificate Accelerator in the end. Egyptians believed, that by mummification their soul will get to afterlife, which they believed was very very simalar to Egypt (i am refering here to the imaginary number district). As for the kings/queens they believed by mummification (and all the rituals involved) they will get a divine status in afterlife.
(Or in the first place, how Hyoka got there..)

It always dies down on Thursday, before picking up again Friday. I'll be scared for the forum once the anime ends however. But right now people are simply waiting for information on the next novel.

There'll probably be some information (the author writes way too much to not give us some information in that game) but probably not a lot.

He wouldn't want to give away too much...

Basically, Kiyotaka is releasing an illustration collection at Comiket 79 containing Index and other stuff. It will be a non-ero one, in order to avoid high prices.

The post also says that Kamachi Kazuma will contribute with a small Index story.
