Ouran Host Club: You would probably enjoy this anime because this has all three genres in it, it's funny, romantic and also some parts may be dramatic. But it's mainly comedy and romance.
Kodomo no Omocha: This fits all your categories just as much as Ouran Host Club... Except the manga is MUCH better than the anime... You will love the manga, just give it a try. Fate/Stay Night: This is a fantasy anime which has both romance and drama in it. But it's going to a different direction from Love Hina etc. |

Saikano is simply powerful. deceptive at first, by the end of the first episode you would be pulled into a world where a couple tries to nurture and sustain a fragile love in the midst of war. The realism is superb and character development and drama is just astounding. Then again it is not for the faint of heart.
Honey and Clover is a gem one rarely finds in anime as it combines several genres perfectly. It has drama slice of life romance and comedy. It is far from your typical derivative clone which sadly many anime these days are made of. It tells the tale of a group of art university students living their days trying to reach their dreams, walking up and facing their reality. The show show very good character development and progression. This is definitely a must watch especially for the older crowd. |

If you like Myself ; Yourself, then you might want to look into H2O ~Footprints in the Sand~, which has romance/comedy with some mystery similar to M;Y. However, their plots are quite different.
For other romance/comedy/drama, I'll recommend Candy☆Boy, Canvas 2, Chobits, Clannad, Mahoromatic, Midori no Hibi, Nagasarete Airantou, Nodame Cantabile, Onegai Teacher, Onegai Twins, and Tonagura! Seconded.

Spoiler for Big Picture:
Taihen? I'd say there's a bit of things that are taihen in Hayate, but in general, most of the characters, situations, settings, etc. are nice and likable. |
