Paletweb should have all of the games on Windows, and IIRC they're still giving away free stuff with Touhou purchases.

Same here. If someone knows where I could possibly order it, I would really appreciate it (I tried amazon.co.jp, but the game can't be shipped to the U.S.).

Do costum order via Himeya if you absolutely wants it. It's gonna be expensive as hell, but that's really the only way to obtain it legally without you going through all the trouble like say, proxy bidding on Yahoo Auction JP or something.

I have a silly question. Just to make sure, if I buy a Japanese version of a game, it will be in japanese, right? No dub or sub?

Yes, unless it's stated officially that it have multi-language support. (Highly unlikely though.)

Yeah, and you may need to mod your english consol to play it.

Has anyone checked Paletweb recently?

Seems like Google listed the site as a "Attack Site".

I don't know if this will be temporary or not.

Umm.... translated officially or unoffcially.... I don't think we're allowed to talk about the latter, but generally offcial translation = it's in America.... so just swing by Game Stop or Best Buy or something XD

Well it seems that they've removed the warning now (well the warning that shows up under the link when you do a search on google has now gone)

I contacted them. This is the email i got.

"Dear ************

We removed adult games from webshop to examine stock.
The games will list on web shop again.

Thanks!

from paletweb.com"

I put the stars next to the "Dear...." part, cuz that had my name.

I guess its okay for now. It means we dont have to resort to Himeyashop afterall.

PaletWeb and Paypal

My friend is ordering for the first time from PaletWeb to buy a game, but for sending the payment, all the do is give you the email for their paypal account. Do you really just have to send the money there? No forms or anything? I mean, how will they know who you are and what order you're paying for?

First Email:

"[Palet] Automatic mail for order check (XXXXXX)"

This is first email they send u. it contains the confirmation info for the item u bought.

Second Email:

"About your purchase items.{(Your Name Here)}(#XXXXX,)"

This email usually comes the next business day, 24 hours later or so. It asks for the shipping method and all that stuff. so u just add it together and paypal it to them. I ordered Kara no Shoujo from them 3 weeks before the release date and they shipped it the day it came out which was July 4th.

Third Email:

"Thanks for payment!!"

Contains the total u paypal'd to them and the address the item will be shipped to. If its a item in stock they'll ship it within 1 or 2 days. If the item is a pre-order item they ship it around the time it comes out.

Last Email:

"The item was shipped!!"

This is the last email they send u when the item is shipped. They'll tell u the tracking number if u used EMS.

O yea, and try not to cancel orders with them. i hear they ban u after the second cancellation of an order. So make sure u want the item before u place it. They dont give any warnings.

I've bought Scarlet Weather Rhapsody and Kara no Shoujo from them. They package it nicely by wrapping the item with bubble wrap then with newspaper and finally sticking it in a pretty tight fitting box. Don't blame them if customs decides to cut it open though...
