Vampire Wars - I've never seen a anime more badly put together than this pile of rubbish. A truly awful anime.
Zone Of The Enders: Delores I - You'd think that if there ever was a gaming series that'd be perfect for a anime adaptation, it'd be Zone Of The Enders? Sadly not. A shoddy attempt. Final Fantasy Unlimited - Same with above really, one of the most famous gaming series and yet the anime was utter crap. Thankfully someone saw sense and killed the show after the first series ended! Glass Maiden - The dumb storyline just made me cringe. |

It seems the responses are generally split between two styles: low-budget "real" crap that is either obscure or generally accepted to be bad vs. controversial shows that earned the poster's ire.
It's also interesting to see how the responses change over time as different series rose and fell in notability. And just to be on topic, I found Myself; Yourself poorly handled, cheaply made, melodramatic, nonsensical, and all in all thoroughly a waste of my time. It was clichéd but not even decently so. My interest into the eroge romance genre stopped right there after the high points in the first season of ef and True Tears (which were also flawed, but not nearly as much). I felt similarly about sola, which is apparently on quite a few people's top list, though I can't for the life of me figure out why. Quote:
The rest of it might or might not change your opinion, of course, but it's something to note. Last edited by Irenicus; 2009-08-21 at 00:37. Reason: a missing...word... |

But can I ask what was the problem with RahXephon? I am just curious as it happens to be one of my favorite shows.

Naruto. Not that its a bad show but its overrated. Way too overrated. I'm glad whenever I meet people in real life who shares the same interest as I do and anime is one of them. But I would normally get Naruto as an answer when I ask someone what anime he watches and thinks its the best...

Does it count if you stop as soon as you end the first episode? Cause if it does then Final Fantasy Ultimate takes the prize otherwise I would have to go with Dragonball GT.

I had already forgotten about it, but Mai's avatar and sig made me remember it again; They made me remember My Otome.
As a fan of My HiME, I seriously tried to enjoy it, wich only make me hate the thing even more. The way they keep teasing people with Mai's shadow in the credits was just plain evil. >_<

Yeah, I admit that I'm a HUGE fan of the Mai-Franchise but I agree with most fans that Mai-HiME is indeed better than Mai-Otome! XD |
