I watch the OP/ED for any new series I start. Then, I normally skip them, especially the OP. I sometimes listen to the ED, if I thought the episode itself was really great. This is only the case when both OP and ED aren't particularly excellent; if they are really good, then I tend to watch them often, and get the songs as well.

I almost never watch OP/EDs. I listen to them (while I wander off to get a drink etc) if I like the music, which is rare, but pretty much always avoid watching the animation because I find they're often too spoilerish. Showing characters that are yet to appear, powers/abilities that have yet to be shown, and other such things that really irk me. Also I detest text on images, so unless watching creditless versions on DVD after I've already seen the series, yeah. Gonna give them a miss.

Some songs need to grow on you , you really don't like them when you hear it the first time ... When that happens, you are really curious about the visuals with go along the track before searching the MV/PV on YTube .

I always watch them at least once. If I like it or it has a lot of complex imagery that takes a few times to dissect I'll watch it every episode.

I always enjoy going back and watching the OP one final time after I finish a series just to see if there are any parts of it that finally click together with the ending being known.

I always watch them at least. If I watch the show as it airs and I like the song, I'll watch them (ie: FMA, Gundam). If I marathon a series I'll watch it once per session, unless I like the music and/or it's important (ie: Macross, ef, White Album).

My friend never watches them, he always skips them. He skipped all of Gundam 00 2nd Season's ED and preview, lol. For those of you didn't watch it, there were important epilogues after each ED. lol.

depends on the show, but i typically don't b/c sometimes they have spoilers in them for some weird reason(valkyrie chronicles anyone?). though i'll probably watch them once or twice to see if the songs are any good. oh and also some op and ed have non-canon material that end up confusing me so i'd like to avoid that if possible.

I watch the first time, and then, in the rare case that I find a series that I a) think is very good, and b) has a nice impact with the OP / ED, I will watch it. But this is rare. Some series include Honey and Clover, and Natsume Yuujinchou.

Almost always, there are songs that I hate too much to even listen to once, but generally yeah, I give all OP/EDs a shot before either accepting them and not skipping them every 4 episodes or rejecting them and always skipping them.
