I've just started Kafka on the Shore. Not far into it yet, but from what I've seen Murakami is truly great.

Gogo read it! it's amazing!
I haven't read them, but I thought the title was familiar, so I googled around the net for some clues...

And I realized I saw it on the "best covers [in romance novels]" site, lol. I really have to admit she's very lucky to have such beautiful work done for her novel covers. I really feel like reading it from that. I know we say don't judge a book by its cover and all, but damn.

Haha, I didn't know that to be honest. x)
A friend recommended it so I ordered it from Amazon, and I'm glad I did.

(And ehm.. , I'm not a huge reader so when I first started reading, I was picking books by it's cover, and so far it has worked for me ;o)

Read a book series called "The Mercenaries". Pretty interesting for those who like Tom Clancy stuff.

The Deed of Paksenarrion by Elizabeth Moon
It's actually a trilogy in one volume. I'm almost done with the first novel and it is quite excellent.

House of Suns by Alastair Reynolds.
Finally, took some time to complete it as I got lazy, but it was damn good all way through the end. It was the final of all his books, so finally done with this author.

Dragon's Egg by Robert L. Forward.
This one was a big surprise and I'm amazed how he built everything up from the start. Really recommending.

Now I can get started with all books by Peter F.Hamilton...

Warriors Power Of Three: Sunrise. I just finished the book a couple hours ago, and the ending was making me feel sad.

I just finished rereading House of Leaves, by Mark Danielewski. Forgot how giant that book was, and how it's not exactly a book to be read while home alone in a creaky old house. Which is, of course, exactly where I read it.
