Should rather criticize you for attempting to hold the author back, really.
Too many are too afraid to pull out any real drama shit involving the heroines because of it.
I doubt he would have given literally all them a raped background anyway. Not many authors re-use the same thing over and over for every heroine, or rather, many only use one thing once.

Like I read one recently where the main heroine was described as "俺のセ――" by the antagonist, implying that she was bullied into being his 'sex friend'.
And then the userbase whined in the comments about how they'll unfollow if that turns out to be the case, that the author should add it to the tags and ruin any surprise whatsoever for everyone, ridiculing the author in general.
People just want the same cut-and-paste garbage and whine when anything is too different, and the people who try to influence an author to not do something the author wants to do are the worst kind of reader.

Luckily the author seems to have just ignored the comments in general and doesn't seem like he's going to change anything, but it's still a very pathetic sight to see.
Of course the average Narou author also lacks guts and can't handle criticism, leading to many works having their comments locked or just the entire series removed.
But expecting nothing but pure praise is also one of the more mistaken ideals an author can have.

It might be useless in the game because of its cost being high and having no special abilities, but for the locals, this is much scarier than most of the other cards (that cost little and have interesting abilities, thus making them much trickier in the game).

There certainly was something like rape considering he planted his future child in her and he certainly was groping her and such, but whether there was any sex involved is complex. If we look at the reproduction of frogs he shouldn't be even capable of having "real" sex with her and his remarks can partially be taken metaphorically.

I actually expect Fron to be still virgin. Well, the mental damage might be similar to real rape and I don't really care whether heroines have some remnants of the certain membrane or not at "that" point anyway.

What is even the point of Japanese obsession with virginity? Do they all have such a low self-esteem that they fear being compared with someone? This novel was always carrying bombs from the start

The problem is, the MC is a moron that can't relieve the girls trauma at all
