I think the mangaka finally made it. Komi surpassed her inferiority complex when she openly stated that she can make Tadano happy. Don't know how close is the series to end for a story to deal with psychology issues this is a big step.

it's been a while since I read a chapter, this got stale when they got together and author just went and play games with the characters.

I was interested in rumiko and the guy who plays football thought.

Basically, the relationship is still ongoing but the author suddenly an old love interest who is the main reason why Tadano stopped trying to be cool as he was rejected by her years ago. The girl wants the guy back and Komi is finally more of the center of the plot as she believes she can make Tadano happy.

well it's cool that komi is fighting for tadano because I didn't like the way she won against rumiko, at least this could make up for it.

It's so rare to see a rejected character actually have a second chance instead orbiting the male protagonist after a rejection. Looking at you Saekano.
