Well blood guy from s1 can still keep fighting after massive blood loss. And November fought 4 or more people carrying SMG in a small room. He must have got shot quite a few. And he still can walk that distance from the building.

Yes, but that should be part of his power, it would be pretty useless if he went dizzy from a couple of attacks, don't you think? Just like the singer not feeling the backlash from shouting like that nor going completely deaf by eardrum piercing; maybe Wei had improved blood regeneration cells precisely for the sake of his power, but no powered up strength or agility whatsoever.

That's just my speculation anyway. If they are powered up, they're just very specific things, and that's what make Contractors interesting; they're not Servants or superhero-like warriors, they can die as normal human beings and they have an annoying compensation to attend.
