it looks like there would be another announcement next week. 4-10 will be probably announce next week if they like... or they will delay it again for another week.

Its a general marketing thing.

Though I believe there is a high chance for Index III this year. Well that's just me.

As for character interaction.

It will probably be Lessar and Birdway towards Touma. Touma Lessar or Birdway Touma.

I also like the interaction of the 3 heroes.

I prefer... I don't really know. I have a feeling the character I prefer the most hasn't fallen for him yet. I just have this suspicion since will-San said last volume that the characters who may carry the most charm are the ones who haven't fallen for him yet...

It's not like what accelerator did was much better. He didn't have a good reason except maybe at first to massacre 10,000 sisters. He then tried to repent. Touma tried to save him and other people and bring back his friends while sacrificing another possible world. All in all, accelerator should understand what Touma went through the best, and should thusly forgive him. That much I think to be true...

1. accel would think touma lost his mind or is controlled after hearing his explanation....
2. the possible world was much better than the Canon one, touma didnt save them, he pushed them into tragedies again...
it is similar with jigsaws games, either you kill a different person or you will die, touma choose to kill (even if it wasnt him personally who pushed the trigger, he is the one with the blood on his hands) and touma killed the revived 10000 sisters again since he destroyed the place/reality where they lived.....similar with destroying the aim field in AC and killing kazakiri....
