A full ep on the shipwreck arc and it's not ending yet. This ep is so funny, without Saiki this could have turned into a battle royale bloodbath XD

P/S: Also the manga has just ended at chapter 279. Then it will resume as 4-koma format.

I like how Saiki casually went back to his house to sleep while he was on ship watching duty. His plan to get them out of there isn't bad, but obviously things are going to go horribly wrong. He's being too cautious, just teleport them to another island close to the shipwreck while they're asleep, they probably won't notice the difference.

Mera was hilarious in this ep, what the hell?

I can't believe that Teruhashi's godly aura was flickering in the preview of the next episode. Those are really the end of times...

So Saiki did end up teleporting everybody to another island, but he went through the trouble of making that island look like the previous one.

The newspaper bit was great. That girl got what was coming to her. Her articles were full of lies, Teruhashi obviously doesn't poop. She said so herself!

In episode 5, who was the 3rd popular cat that the hamster Lil Riki #2 mentioned when she was putting down Amp about being popular? I know the first 2 but I'm not familiar with the third.

The gyaru from the OP finally appears. Turns out she has powers as well. Everybody's auras were funny. Teruhashi has the aura of an angel, but with black feathers mixed in. As for Saiki's, it's so huge it overshadows everybody else's when he's close to her. That means she'll never be able to find him.

Saiki ended up revealing himself to Miko after all, and she found out he is her soulmate and fell head over heels for him. Loved her reaction to Saiki's powers. The comedy potential is great. We're most likely going to see a real love triangle this time.

The title cards finally changed. I like the new ones better.

I'm loving Mikoto, she's great.

Haven't seen Chouno in a long time. His segments are always so ridiculously fun.

Is he just asexual? I can see why he does not want Teruhashi since he can read her mind but Miko seems great. She is a good person and since she has powers of her own she has a better chance of understanding him, not to mention she is a good looking gal.

I don't think he's asexual, he just doesn't want attention. And those two attract a lot of attention. I want to see how he would react if Miko tried to actively seduce him though. Would he be able to remain as composed as usual?

Of course, there is still the possibility he is just coffee jelly-sexual.

Man this is such an underrated show, the last 2 eps were hilarious. The grandpa is legit one of the funniest characters I've seen in any show for a while.

Grandpa Saiki was in top shape in this episode. He's really one of the funniest character in the show. As for Kuusuke, he's the most dangerous. That guy is seriously nuts

The part with Teruhashi and Kuusuke was great. Not only is Kuusuke completely impervious to her charms, he told her right to her face she isn't good enough for his brother. Those two are going to become mortal enemies.

Ever since a stronger rival appeared for Teruhashi, I was wondering what kind of role if any Imu would play from now on. And the author threw us a curve ball and had her fall for Teruhashi, becoming Saiki's enemy (but actually an ally from his point of view, at least until he realizes he's falling for Teruhashi). The mixer chapter definitely counts as good romantic development.

Ok, this is the first time that I can see Teruhashi to actually have a chance to get to Saiki's heart. It's when she thought that she wanted Saiki to be at the mixer regardless of his usual stoic behaviors that Saiki can truly see her feelings being genuine for once, thus he started to see her in a new light and decided that those 3 guys are not suitable dating her... Hmm isn't that sort of possessive

I really like how character development is carried out slowly but surely in this show. Saiki has been a lot more expressive and showing consideration towards his friends in ss2. He's definitely not the same as his ss1 self anymore, and it's good.

Poor Nendou, nobody actually believe he could get a girlfriend, and now when he changed his hairstyle to be cooler his friends actively tried to drag him down. He might be stupid but he's a true bro, why can't you guys be more supportive? At least Riki Jr 2nd understands and is nice to him

....Kaidou has changed too....his 8th grade syndrome is dying out. Aden of all people is serving as a voice of reason. Saiki finally found someone to admire...for being completely normal that is.

Yeah, Nendou deserves better. Do note that it wasn't his friends who dragged him down in the end, but himself. They actually indirectly helped him, though it of course wasn't their intention.
