That's my point. If they had switched at birth, then the switch would have been meaningless since neither would have remembered being the other twin and it wouldn't have affected their relationship.

It does effect the way they're treated. And plus "Shion" (Who's supposed to be Mion) is kinda the evil twin (She's the one with the "Demon" inside her).

I take it you mean her insanity, as there is no demon in the Sonozaki family. And that was only created because she went from being the respected heir to the house being a pariah that was barely tolerated by her family and that was followed up by her losing the person she loved and who treated her kindly. If they had been switched as infants there wouldn't have been an issue.

I've never heard of that...besides, "watching over him for two years" doesn't mean that he wakes up in two years. Maybe they pull the plug on him after two years?

Satoshi is recovering, but as of S58 June he's still in a coma. Not much more details is given about him in Matsuribayashi-hen.

I would like to ask something towards of Onikakushi-hen arc.

When Keiichi comes under the Hinamizawa syndrome he hallucinates the events of Rena running after him, and the Usoda scene etc. My question is if he's hallucinating. Why on the night Rena came to "visit" Keiichi did she have the band aids on her finger for in the morning after that?

It comes into question because when he had thought of the needle he had gotten in the Ohagi from Rena he couldn't find it when talking to Oiishi as if it never happened.


My Question shortened is how did Keiichi hallucinate the Ohagi scene vs. "Rena" coming over to visit him when his parents weren't around seem to look like it happened?

What he does is greatly exagerate what happens or rather take in in a different way, the only thing he allucinates related to that is the needle and the blood as the stinging sensation was that of tabasco sauce , the blood was the sauce itself and there was no needle; but most events happened.

Try watching / reading that arc again but pay attention to what they say and do, not how keichi perceives and the whole arc is very innocent.

Rena had really just picked a bad time to joke around by pulling the chain to the door. He slammed her hands in the door, and then she stood outside, apologizing (but not in that demonic creepy way). She just wanted him to forgive her for scaring him.

In Episode 13 of the first season, you see a flashback of Satokos past where she falls into the shrine of the temple-god at a time where rikas parents were still alive and they were all little kids....but you see Keiichi Maebara in this past as little kid playing there too. How is that possible? Didnt Keiichi transfer just recently a long time after rikas parents died and such? I thought about that it could have been satoshi, but his hair are not brown.

It isn't Keiichi . I reckon the animators were lazy to animate the young lad differently or the way they presented him is an "Eastern Egg". I agree it is quite confusing, because he certainly resembles on him.
Anyway it isn't him, since he isn't supposed to be in Hinamizawa before moving there.

This si fun, rena was there, no point of her apologyzing at that distance and without reason. the one who was apologyzing was hanyuu, k1 was already gone enough to listen to her, since this si already after the soup scene.

I heard one of the TIPs describes Mion killing people. Can anyone point me to the correct one? The threads kinda big and I don't think "Mion" and "Killed" seem too broad to use in a search.

The message she was giving was that sending out was that she didn't just get sick and die like the government was trying to tell people, she was hunted down and killed.

She talks a lot about that, like any good yakuza, the point of mion is that she acts really though, so having her talking aobut selling/killing people is pretty normal, I don't ever remember her doing actually anything, though.
