I did repost this before on the 2channel AST thread, but there is now a Saki football team made on EA Sports TeamBuilder for NCAA Football 13. So if any of you folks are gamers, particularly college football gamers and want to download the most moe college football team ever made, search "Saki Players" and download away. Be forewarned, I changed the size to make them look close to what they look like in the series, although they are lighter.

well we are just getting into the heart of the vice captain match. So my best guess would be it ending within 3-4 more months at the very least.

Why oh why must Ritz take on a new project? Granted, it actually makes sense -- in order to give the National tournament more attention from the other side. But still...more waiting...

I know. I wants them bad but there isn't much to do about it. And the way its going 3 episodes won't be good enough to complete the series. Maybe they add another episode?

Because you probably do these 3 episodes "finish" not really the anime they mettron probably other additional episodes or OAV

3 episodes is not enough imo. The rest of the matches are going to feel rushed if they do. The anime was kind of 1:1 between manga/episode adaptation and for them to suddenly go with 3 episodes for what will likely be 4 or 5 chapters might not turn out well. Achiga chapters are not that short.

Well, since they'll be web episodes, there doesn't seem to be any reason to me why they couldn't just extend that with a couple more. It doesn't seem like either the Achiga anime or manga were planned with any strict idea of length. The fact that the extra episodes have been put off for so long supports this, imo. They probably initially just threw out the number 3 because it seemed like a reasonable number, but are really waiting for Ritz to finish up the Achiga manga before really doing anything.

Well, presumably they will still come out on BD/DVD like normal. But yeah, I don't think there was any word on them being OVAs. Basically just extra episodes they will air online first because they haven't bought any timeslots for a TV airing.

I'm not really sure what the difference between "web episodes" and "OVAs" are supposed to be, anyway. Isn't the only difference the fact that one airs online first, and the other goes straight to disc? Why would the content be different in either case?
