No, it's in the Japanese version (I asked this before, and someone pointed it out to me).

And, yes, it does matter in Japan, I think, at least for mainstream distributors. Hence why you have so many erotic VNs and animes set in suspiciously school-like "colleges"....

I've always been curious about this. Is this just a tough line to translate or did they really mess it up in the anime? I don't remember the lines that specifically from the VN, but I can't see Nasu writing something... so... stupid.

It's called "Sister's syrups". It has some funtari in it, though....

It's an overly-literal translation of a Japanese idiom, I believe. So, yes, Shirou does say that, but in Japanese it makes perfect sense.

Pretty sure it was in the VN too. The problem is that, by itself, it sounds ridiculous. Taken in context, it makes perfect sense. Keep in mind that by that point, Shirou had been "killed" at least three times in less than two weeks, yet he was still alive.
