I wonder if the fact that he lacks one tooth has significance and how. it might just point to his human origin, or it might be that he later gets the second one with a powerup as he masters fighting with the rosary of without loosing it and going apeshit on everybody?

Tsukune lacking a tooth in that panel is just the way he was drawn, Moka has also had panels where she lacked a tooth it doesn't really signify anything its just how Ikeda does his artwork, Tsukune has both fangs its just the way his head was angled.

That looks to be the case, or it was some kind of spell or seal. Either way it was NOT the holy lock, as that's still intact as we see when Tsukune punched Kuyou, you can see the chain nicely tucked into his sleave.

Hmm, I doubt Gyokuro would be doing any of those, but in the event that Tsukune beats Akua, I'd hope she does the latter before her fortress hits the ground if Tsukune and company do a good job of costing Fairy Tale one more base of operations. IF, and this is a very big IF, Tsukune and them crash the sky garden as well as having achieved their objective there, I'd say he'd be welcomed with a new title there at school, and even more repute than he already has.

Well, regarding the topic of the Holy Lock., I still believe that it has been broken, since if you zoom in the page, where Tsukune punches Kuyou you can see a clean crack going through both "visible" layers of the chain that Tsukune wears...

In other words the seal might have been broken, but somehow it's "physical representation" - the Holy Lock, still manged to stay on Tsukune's hand.

Furthermore, another scene that might suggest that Tsukune's seal has actually broken, and the "breaking chain" isn't just representing Tsukune's mind breaking from the trauma induced by Kuyou are, well the panels of Tsukune surrounded by the black aura, and Kuyou noticing something - in my opinion he has noticed that something in Tsukune's aura has changed... after all, as you probably have already realized, the color "black" is usually associated with the power of a Shinso vampire, and if I'm not mistaken , during Tohou Fuhai training sessions with Tsukune, it has been suggested that Tsukune's Shinso powers have "merged" with his berserk state (at least that's how interpret the line where Tohou Fuhai says that Tsukune has the same smell as Alucard)...

Meaning that, in my opinion, at least Tsukune shouldn't be capable of accessing his Shinso powers, while the Holy Lock "seal" is still active, but like I said earlier the events of chapter 51 seem to point out that contradicts with this - after all, the background of the page, where Tsukune tells Kuyou that he will kill him if he gets in his way, is identical with the background used when the little Moka awakened her Shinso powers.

but if you mean actual scans then no, they haven't appeared yet - in other words, no group has picked up R+V, after Muda dropped it.

I think when the holy lock does break it's last links. He won't be fighting some low level guy like him...

Well, I already said what I think about Tsukune going berserk during his fight with Akua, and that opinion hasn't changed.

Not to mention that after the events of the current chapter, I find it even more unlikely that Tsukune is going to lose control over his powers - after all, I think that what Ikeda intends to show is how much Tsukune has progressed in controlling his vampire abilities, and not a repeat of the previous arcs (most specifically Hokuto's arc, where Tsukune has almost degenerated into a Ghoul at the most important moment.

Well, the next few chapters will probably clarify if intuitions are correct are not, since now that part of Tsukune's team have gotten to Moka's location, I doubt we will have to wait long (1 to 2 chapters), before the fight between Akua and Tsukune finally takes place.

Ohh well....

I would advise to wait at least until the next two weeks or so in order to see if another team picks the manga up to scanlate. While it might be possible to have a scanlation within the next few days post-raw release, this also depends on whether the team is located in different timezones for example in terms of coordinating all the stuff somewhat fluently . Just a guess as I haven't worked on such projects.

In general: I found the chapter nice as well. You have quite the gloomy premonitions with Ruby being heavily injured and the uncertainess of Fong-Fong and Yukari's current condition. If Tsukune plans to keep his word in that he must protect everyone he better hurries to Moka's location before Akuha can lay her hands on Mizore and Kurumu. Even though I like to see Mizore's power up after the trainings arc. We already know Ruby's, Fong-Fong + Yukari and Kurumu (only if you count her powers in when she pulled Tsukune's humanity back during the human mod. ritual)

Well, believe it or not, only a single day has passed, until the raws have appeared, so I think that some people who visit this thread probably don't want to be spoiled, but after a few days, I think we could drop the spoiler tags.

At least that's my opinion on this matter.

Going back to the topic:

Spoiler for Tsukune:

I think that, Tsukune is going to stay in that form until the end of this arc, which in my opinion is drawing close to it's conclusion, since Kurmu and Mizore have reached the lair of the final boss (Akua) of the current arc, and the final confrontation of this arc is going to commence...

After all, I doubt that Kuyou stands a chance against the current "upgraded" Tsukune, so I would say that we are 5 to 6 chapters, before this arc is going to end.

As for the fight between Tsukune and Akua, well to me, it's pretty obvious that Tsukune is going to win that confrontation - after all, he hadn't been training for a month, just to allow himself to be beaten by Akua .

Not to mention that, the confrontation with Kuyou has made Tsukune quite determined to save everyone, and we know how dangerous Tsukune is, when he is determined to do something.

Hrm, I wouldn't be too sure of that, Miyabi made it clear he would've turned against them once his objective had been completed, it's just he was clearly taken aback by Kiria's betrayal so he had to adapt his plans. So I hope Mizore isn't taken in too much by the "nobility" Miyabi seemed to display. As he said in this chapter, she knows what he's really like, he's not a white knight, that's for certain. After the fight with Kiria ends, it'll be interesting to see what he does next. Until then...
