I love how they have Tomoe's lips there specially. As if the animators need to specify that she's smiling nicely now... instead of being the evil mole she once was. But she very well could be the same old nasty whorebag.
While i'm writing this, what's with Ishigami (or is it ishiigaam or something now?) he looks like someone from the circus. I wonder if he'll try to get onto yukariko, i hear she's pretty popular amongst the males in the otome world.

I am curious is to what would Tomoe's mental state be and if she doesn't have amnesia as well. Maybe Miya polished up the old forhead as a beacon and got Tomoe to come with her.

Aren't most of the otomes really popular with the males in their world?

Yeah but yukariko had particular trouble didnt she? Everytime she got a new master they would fall in love with her until she just decided to become a teacher.
