Yeah, that is kind of a problem. I really wish they could find a translator for this who would be willing to help them complete the series. I want to see the rest of the series up to the end. But I can also understand where GHDpro is coming from. If the translator doesn't like the series, it's kinda hard to make them sit through all those episodes and translate them. Heck, if I knew my Japanese better, I'd actually work on translating it for them!!

PS: What's this doing in the dvd and licenced forum? TnK isn't licenced yet!

This should actually be merged into the TnK thread in the Fansubs forum.

Well, it is talking about DVDs, and R2 Japanese DVDs are still DVDs >.>;;

True, but it's makes more sense to include it with the rest of the TnK discussion.

I just finished watching 1-38 of A-E's fansubs and now I have the same problem. Why did A-E stop subbing this? It isn't even licensed.
We did NOT stop subbing TnK. We just don't have translators for it at the moment.

As I stated in the A-E forums, we have had people try out as TnK translators but they either failed it or did a poor job at it.

I would like to see this series finish as everyone else does because it's one of my favourite series of all time.

Hey, Asura, we're all behind you man. 98% of us love your work and are patiently waiting for it to be finished. Hey, would it be a possibility to bug Anbu, Akeep, or one of the other groups and borrow a translator from them? Or maybe swap favors? IE you do something for them in trade for use of one of their translators? I know you guys need one, but this far in the game it may be a good idea to bug one of the other groups for a tad bit of help finishing up via a loan of a translator. I'm sure they would be willing to help.

Hey, it's at least an idea to get this closer to being completed. hehe. Just have them do all the scripts for 39-50 (that's only 12 scripts) then you guys should be set to be able to finish the series from there. It's not much out of their resources and it helps you guys a lot.

We have asked for help from members of other groups, but they're too busy with their groups work, which is understandable.

Take a look at the credits from our previous episodes, you'll notice people that are in other groups =P

Thanks for the suggestion though.

It's amazing how this show is easily surpassing all the other shows done by A-E in terms of popularity, even such shows as tsukihime and bakuten. It still has by far the worst art design of any anime I've ever seen.

Episode 38 is on volume 9 and the rest of the episodes follow on the other volumes.

Is there English subtitles included on those DVD:s?

Just noticed, ep 38 is on Vol 10, not 9 as stated earlier (not that it really matters, since we want to have English subtitles )

I also like this anime and hope we can see additional fansubs.
This show is very funny.
The art is imho not SO bad, but I have little artistic disposition. It fits the show and I got used to it.

Thanks for your fansubs so far. I hope you soon find a translator.

Episode 49 is out? OH dude! WAHOO!! YES! A-E, you guys are great!!

Now I just gotta find their stupid IRC chan.

EDIT: Ok, I found it in their chan. AE|Lafiel has it and that's ALL he has. So it'll be perty quick and easy getting it once you get there. Just do "/msg AE|Lafiel xdcc send #1" and then you simple sit back and leach. Right now I'm leaching at full open on my connection from this one bot, so it's a definately fast one.

And this episode was funny as always. The armor and Kimono bit was just priceless. ^_^

That's like asking if candy is sweet. Yes, it's very good. I wouldn't have hung on so long in hopes of the series being completed it it wasn't. *nod*nod* Of course, now it is.
