The Da Capo IF 01-02 batch is not an official Chihiro torrent. Honestly, I don't care if it is up there or not, because we're not going to be making a batch ourselves. But I don't know if ASuki has a policy of "Official torrents only" or if it is "Unofficial torrents are allowed if the fansub group doesn't mind." Because the group doesn't mind.

True. Before I added the torrent I checked your site and you did seem to "give permission" for a batch to be created so based on that I added the torrent. If not for that I wouldn't have added it

The Coalguys Tears to Tiara 02 is an unofficial re-encode using their name. It isn't on their tracker, and it's in .avi, something they never do.

Whether a torrent is a batch torrent or not is not determined manually, but automatically by counting the number of items in the torrent.

And after thinking about for a while, I don't think my scripts are making a mistake here. All Kyuubi torrents contain 2 items: a folder (#1) with an episode in it (#2). Compare this torrent to this torrent and check the "Files" section.

Now it's not that hard to modify my scripts to filter and treat these kinds of torrents as single (non-batch) torrents, but that would hide the actual structure of the torrent file.

Considering you're using the XML feed, you're probably using some kind of script or application to read it, if so and if you are able to alter this application or script, you can add an extra check to see if the number of actual files (file size >0) in a "batch" torrent is >1 to determine whether it really is a batch or not.

I see. I made a check using the is_numeric function on the episode number since I don't wish to download the torrent to get the file details. When it contains anything else then a numeric character, it should be a batch file. You could make your script(s) ignore folders in the counting procedure to handle this problem. Either way, I just thought i'd report it.
