I would not say accelerator clone (Yuriko) is a complete impossibility.
I know they failed cloning his powers, but that does not mean they failed cloning his body.
Or at least they could have used his sperm to impregnate someone in hope for another "talented" person (resulting in Yuriko).

Or how about the tried and true formula of having a homosexual angel splitting him in half during the abduction of his mother by some kind of alien spacecraft. Keeping one them by his side to torture, and leaving the other to fend for himself in a cruel world that ostracizes him for his ability to fly.

Sorry but this is never stated. Kihara-kun brings it up by asking Accelerator why they cloned Mikoto instead of him for the Level 6 Shift. As we find out, the answer is that:

1) Level 6 Shift was a fraud and killing the clones meant nothing. It's a cover to spread the clones left throughout the globe to various institutes.

2) Aleister needs the Radio Noise clones to form a network to control Kazakiri and summon Aiwass. Accelerator clones have no use to his master plan.

Unless you can cite a passage that outright says Accelerator can't be cloned, then saying he can't is fanon at best.
